Privacy Policy

Relay Reports is a privacy-first audit tool. Your Zapier data never leaves your browser — all processing happens locally using WebAssembly (WASM).

What we collect

• Google Analytics — anonymous usage data (page views, feature usage). No personal identifiers. You can opt out via browser extensions.
• Email address — collected by Lemon Squeezy at checkout. Used to deliver your license key and send receipts. We do not use it for marketing without consent.
• Payment data — handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy and Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Third-party services

• Google Analytics — analytics.google.com
• Lemon Squeezy — payments and license key delivery (lemonsqueezy.com)
• Stripe — payment processing via Lemon Squeezy (stripe.com)
• Vercel — static site hosting (vercel.com)

We do not sell your data to third parties.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Relay Reports. Because the Continuity Report is a digital product generated instantly in your browser, we handle refunds as follows:

• Within 7 days of purchase — full refund if the product did not work as described. Contact us with your order ID.
• After 7 days — refunds are evaluated case by case. We will always try to resolve the issue first.
• License key already used — refunds are not available after the license key has been redeemed and the report has been generated.

We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
